Mr. DA Vuthy
English Lecturer Mr. DA Vuthy is a dedicated English lecturer with over a decade of experience in higher education, specializing in English language teaching, educational development, public administration, and social security. With a strong academic and professional foundation, he integrates interdisciplinary knowledge to support both language acquisition and broader civic education.
Vuthy holds a Bachelor of Education in English (TEFL), a Bachelor of Law (LLB), and a Master of Public Administration (MPA) from Renmin University of China (Beijing). He also earned a TESOL certification from the University of Maryland, Baltimore County (UMBC), further strengthening his qualifications in English language teaching.
