Mr. Seng Long holds a Bachelor’s degree in Teaching English as a Foreign Language (TEFL) from the Institute of Foreign Languages (IFL) and a Master’s degree in Education from the Cambodian University for Specialties.
With a distinguished teaching career spanning over four decades, Mr. Seng Long has been actively involved in English language education since 1981. He served as the Dean of the Faculty of Arts, Humanities, and Languages at Chenla University from 1990 to 2020, where he played a key role in developing the undergraduate curriculum.
Since 2004, Mr. Seng Long has held a long-standing position as a part-time lecturer of English at the School of Foreign Languages at The University of Cambodia, where he continues to teach a wide range of English courses across both Bachelor’s programs of Khmer and International tracks.
Renowned for his punctuality, preparedness, and dedication to research, Mr. Seng Long brings a wealth of experience, academic integrity, and passion for teaching to every class he leads.
