Mr. CHAT Koem Hong
He is also serving as an Academic Foundation Year Department (AFD) director at The University of Cambodia (UC). In addition to his teaching role, Mr. Koem Hong has actively participated in program management, curriculum development, internal quality assurance, monitoring and evaluation, and teacher performance assessments. His strong background enables him to train and educate learners of diverse age groups and educational backgrounds, equipping them with both academic and practical skills relevant to today’s job market.
He holds a Master’s Degree in Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages (TESOL) from the Institute of Foreign Languages (FIL), Royal University of Phnom Penh (RUPP). He also earned dual Bachelor’s degrees in Teaching English as a Foreign Language (TEFL) and International Relations (IR), reflecting his multidisciplinary academic foundation.
