At present, Yin Phallip is an official at the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sport (MoEYS). Remarkably, he holds three Master’s degrees: a Master of Management from Assumption University (ABAC), Thailand; a Master of Arts in English from Norton University (NU), Cambodia; and a Master of Public Administration from the Cambodian University for Specialties (CUS), Cambodia.
In addition to his official duties, he also teaches part-time in Master’s programs. His teaching subjects include Human Resource Management (HRM), Total Quality Management (TQM), Educational Policy and Planning (EPP), Educational Change (EC), Literature as a Language Teaching Resource (LLTR), English for Specific Purposes (ESP), Second Language Acquisition (SLA), Management of Change (CM), Organizational Behavior (OB), and Management and Leadership (ML). He teaches at various institutions such as UC, UME, BTI, and CUS, and has delivered lectures across several provinces in Cambodia, including Phnom Penh, Kompong Speu, Kompong Som, Koh Kong, Pursat, Battambang, Banteay Meanchey, Siem Reap, Kompong Thom, Kompong Cham, Kratie, and Takeo.
With nearly 30 years of experience in the field of education and training, he is highly qualified and competent to teach English, Management, Leadership, Education, and Marketing at both the Master’s and Bachelor’s levels.
Furthermore, he has also worked as a freelance translator, interpreter, transcriber, advisor, project coordinator, and consultant for various local and international organizations, including CNEC, the British Council (UK), UN organizations (as an international consultant), RTI (Research Triangle Institute), the International Development Group (as a Research Education Analyst), and APCAM (Research & Consulting Services).
Last but not least, he has taught Management, Leadership, Marketing, Education, and English at numerous other universities and institutions in Cambodia, such as Brachnasastra Technology Institute (BTI), Asia Europe University (AEU), ACLEDA Institute of Business (AIB), Phnom Penh University of the Arts (PPUA), Angkor Khemera University (AKU), International University (IU), Western University (WU), Vanda Institute of Accounting (VA), Management Institute of Cambodia (MIC), Institute of Cambodian Education (ICE), American Intercon School (AIS), Newton Thilay Institute (NTI), and Chenla University (CU). His extensive contribution clearly reflects his commitment to supporting and developing Cambodia’s education sector.
